Sheila Reynolds is a gifted channel of spirit and teacher of metaphysics. Her early influences include the writings and teachings of Carl Jung, Jane Roberts, Alan Watts, and Robert Monroe.
In 1978, Sheila co-founded Mind Matters with retired therapist Sandra Stevens author of Being Alive is Being Psychic, about how they began their metaphysical journey in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Over the years, Sheila has helped thousands of individuals enhance their meditation experiences and learn to recognize and utilize their own inner guidance.
Sheila offers private (in-person) readings, long-distance readings, and group classes.
Most sessions and classes take place in the quiet beauty of the Nuns’ Chapel, part of an early 20th century Catholic convent, which she and her husband, Alan Hunter, restored in 1998. They are located in Queen Village, in southeastern Philadelphia.
In Sheila’s own words:
I work with people who want to deepen their innate connection with Spirit. Sometimes individuals need help recognizing, interpreting, and trusting their own inner guidance.
For example, highly sensitive people often feel pulled off-center by the beliefs and demands of a left-brain world. They may have learned to discount their own intuition. Extremely analytical people, on the other hand, often doubt inner thoughts or hunches they perceive to be not rational. In all cases, it’s about expanding one’s awareness and potential by partnering with all aspects of a multi-dimensional self, regardless of individual temperament or worldview.
